Chili Tasting:
Join us from 1 PM – 3 PM on March 15, 2025 and October 18, 2025 to sample a variety of mouthwatering chili recipes and vote for your favorites!
Admission:
Free to the public – come for the chili, stay for the fun!

Cook Competition Details:
Register to compete!
Must be an ICS Member to compete (or purchase a one-time cook pass for $10!) Join ICS!
Entry Fees: Separate fees apply per category (Red, Homestyle, Verde, and/or Veggie)
- 12x12 space provided
- Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table, chairs, and supplies
- No electricity available
- Water access if you bring hose with connector
- NO VEHICLES in cooking/event area after load-in
- Parking area available for cooks
- No outside alcohol – adult beverages will be for sale on site.
Schedule:
7 a.m. - 8 a.m.: Load-in
8 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.: Cooks meeting at 111 W Main
(Category schedules announced at cook meeting)
People’s Choice:
All contestants must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC). (This is per cook, not per category.)
