Food Vendor Registration

FOOD VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS FOR MUSICFEST

All food choices are subject to the Food Committee approval. We prefer all vendors to sell different items for more variety and more sales for you. This is not a guarantee like other festivals you participate in some items will be duplicated. It is important that you list your top 3 preferred items to sell on the registration form!!  We try not to duplicate your primary items. Please include a full menu with prices as well. There will be a flat rate per vendor and all vendors may sell sodas and water. Upon approval you will be contacted. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Arts & crafts registration form

Music Fest El Dorado would like to invite you to attend this year’s festival.

Registration Fee:

$75 Per Booth (With Power) $50 per Booth (No Power) Location Spots will be assigned on first come basis.

Tax ID:

You must provide your Tax ID information with this registration or your registration will not be considered. You are responsible for paying your tax $ directly to the State (Main Street El Dorado will not be responsible).

Registration Deadline:

Oct. 10, 2018- No payment will be accepted after Oct. 10

Booth Space:

10’ x 10’

Set Up:

TBA for Friday Morning

Tear Down:

Saturday, Oct. 20 after 8:00pm, at the earliest

Materials/Equipment:

Must be provided by registrant

ALL ITEMS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE MUSICFEST COMMITTEE.

Due to security measures, it has been decided that knives, tasers or any other like items cannot be sold at the festival. 

Please include detailed photos of the items you plan to sell.   If for any reason Music Fest or Main Street El Dorado sees a problem with something you are selling, you may be asked not to sell that item. If you do not cease to sell, you might be asked to leave the festival area immediately, with no refund.

Once your registration is accepted by the committee, you will be sent a map and an assigned booth space. A schedule listing set up times will be sent to all participants prior.  Please note: Stakes must not be driven into pavement and you do need to provide extension cords and tape them down. YOU MAY NOT SELL DRINKS OR FOOD OF ANY KIND!

Entry in the exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim for damages, loss against the sponsor, any employee, volunteer, or representative thereof. Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances beyond the control of man, a refund will not be given.
