This two-day, SCA-sanctioned event brings top grillers, flavorful competition, and family-friendly fun to the heart of downtown El Dorado. Whether you're here to compete for cash and glory or just to enjoy the sizzle, Grill Wars is an experience you won’t want to miss!
On Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM, we’re putting the spotlight on our youngest entrepreneurs. The Youth Entrepreneur Market will showcase local youth selling handmade goods, crafts, and treats. It’s a fun and heartwarming way to support the creative spirit of our community—and you never know what treasures you might find!
Steak Plates:
Four-time SCA World Champion Johnny Joseph is bringing his award-winning steak skills to El Dorado. Known as one of the best in the world, Johnny’s no stranger to the winner’s circle and now he’s cooking for YOU.

This is your chance to showcase and sell your handmade crafts, baked goods, art, and more! Gain real-world experience and connect with the community. Whether it’s your first time or you’re already hustling, this space is made just for you.
