Come join MSE and our special guest, 2025 Jr. Miss Arkansas State Fair Ramsey Wilson, as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Downtown El Dorado!

Bring your appetite! Chili tasting at the ICS Chili Cook-Off is just $10 to sample and vote for your favorite. Chili Tasting from 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm

Whether you're here for the chili, the parade, or the fun games, there’s something for everyone! Wear your best green attire and join us for a shamrockin’ good time.

Join the ICS Sanctioned Cook Off event and cook at the Shamrockin' event!

CHILl COOK-OFF DETAILS

THIS EVENT IS A 2026 QUALIFIER!

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact us for more information.

• 12x12 space provided
• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs, and supplies
• No electricity available
• Water access if you bring a hose with a connector
• NO VEHICLES in cooking/event area after load-in
• Parking area available for cooks
• No outside alcohol – adult beverages will be for sale on site.


 

PEOPLE'S CHOICE

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).

Please note that the # of gallons of PC is per cook, not per category.

​​​​​​Hailing from Eureka Springs, Front Porch was nominated for bluegrass band of the year for the Arkansas CMA’s in both 2024 and 2025. They have headlined festivals across the country, and supported artists such as Bela Fleck, Sierra Hull, Infamous Stringdusters, and Del McCoury. They are currently on tour supporting their sophomore album “Toolbox.”  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
